Cancellation terms
Payment for the stay is made at the time of booking.
We are a small property and therefore vulnerable to cancellations.
100% of the amount paid is refunded if cancelled 21 days before the arrival date.
50% of the amount paid is refunded if cancelled 14 days before the arrival date. If cancelled later than 7 days before the arrival date, the amount paid is not refunded.
Other terms and conditions
- Check-in is from 15.00 (3:00 PM) and check-out is until 11.00 AM.
- Guests acknowledge joint and several liability for all services provided until full settlement of bills.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or other persons for whom they are responsible.
- The hotel management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelery or other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
- Minimum age is 12 years but can be considered on an individual basis.
- Regardless of cost instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for payment of all costs incurred during my stay.
- As this is an old house and quite easily heard through we will keep quiet until 11:00 PM out of consideration for all guests.
- Be respectful of hotel staff and other guests.

Delivery of service/conclusion of agreement

Much of this work involves analyzing various forms of personal data, such as customer activity, customer history and account and profile information. We use personal data in connection with the sale and marketing of our products and services, for example by you receiving emails from us. You have the opportunity to opt out of parts of this processing by, for example, opting out of receiving emails from us.
